Easy Marry Me Chickpeas
  1. In a large sauté pan or pot, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.

  2. For the filling, stir in sun-dried tomatoes, vegetable broth, and chickpeas. Continue cooking on medium, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat. Stir heavy cream, milk, grated parmesan, chopped fresh basil. Serve with bread.
