  1. Preheat your grill.

  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to make the dry rub.

  3. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

  4. Season the ribs with the dry rub and let sit for 15 minutes.

  5. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours at 135°C.

  6. Baste the ribs with BBQ sauce every 15 minutes after the first hour of cooking.

  7. Caramelize the sauce on the ribs during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

  8. Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest, then cut into portions and serve with additional BBQ sauce.
