Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, cook and crumble the beef over medium heat until it's no longer pink, then drain it. Stir in the two soups, then pour the combination into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
Arrange the french fries on top of the beef mixture. Bake the casserole, uncovered, until the fries are golden brown, 50 to 55 minutes.
