Red Chilli Pesto
  1. Peel the garlic and roughly chop it along with the chillies, roasted peppers and sundried tomatoes. Add them to a food processor along with the fennel seeds.

  2. Process the ingredients to a rough puree.

  3. Add the honey, thyme, basil, parmesan, olive oil and sea salt.

  4. Process until well combined.
