High: 2-3 hours OR Low: 3-4 hours
Cook onions over medium-high heat until all water has evaporated and they begin to brown/stick to pan (Do not add any salt)
Pour over ~16oz of beef bone broth, along with 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir and boil until liquid is completely reduced
Blended Sauce: Blend 800g 2% cottage cheese, 150g extra sharp cheddar cheese, 125g American cheese, 250ml milk, salt & pepper to taste
