  1. Press the base down

  2. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the top

  3. Bake at 180°C (no fan) for 30-40 minutes

  4. Let it cool completely

  5. Place in the fridge for a few hours to fully set

  6. Add optional toppings such as sugar free strawberry syrup and shredded coconut if desired
