Homemade Pesto
  1. Place the peppers, tomatoes and garlic into a Food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Add the Olive Oil and Basil Leaves and blend again.

  3. Finally add the remaining ingredients and pulse (for a chunky pesto) or blend for a smoother consistency.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
