Healthy & Easy Potato Salad
  1. Preheat oven to 200c

  2. Slice your potatoes in half. Place potatoes on a prepared baking tray

  3. Add jn salt, pepper, oregano and oil. Mix well

  4. Roast for 30-45 minutes or until crispy

  5. Make your dressing by mixing all the ingredients together

  6. Chop your salad ingredients

  7. Once your potatoes are roasted, in a large bowl mix everything together!
