Thanksgiving Turkey
  1. Separate the skin from the turkey meat and smear the seasoned butter under the skin, on top of the skin and then melt the rest in the microwave.

  2. Inject the melted seasoned butter into mainly the turkey breast.

  3. Melt 1 stick of butter and 32 oz of chicken stock in a small saucepan and soak a cheesecloth with it.

  4. Place the cheesecloth over the turkey and pour the rest into the pan.

  5. Preheat oven to 325F degrees and bake for 15 minutes per pound.

  6. Baste the turkey every 25-30 minutes.

  7. Remove the cheesecloth the last hour and increase the temperature to 375F degrees to crisp the skin.
