Butter or spray a bundt pan and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350.
Roll grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out some of the moisture.
Add salt, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder to flour and stir to combine.
Whisk together the olive oil and sugar until combined. Add in yogurt, eggs, and vanilla and whisk.
Fold in grated zucchini. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold to combine.
Fold in chocolate chips. Transfer batter to prepared pan. Smooth the top and bake about 35 minutes, until a cake tester comes out mostly clean.
