(WIP) PREP DOUGH (Single Batch)
  1. combine yeast, warm water, oil

  2. Add half flour and half of salt

  3. Mix til combined (

  4. Add remaining flour and salt

  5. Mix til pulling away from bowl (

  6. Add flour 300g at a time until pulling away (don't exceed 1000g)

  7. Add dough to gray tray (greased)

  8. Cover with plastic and proof 25-40 mins or until doubled
