In a large container with a lid, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce and crushed garlic.
Add the chicken nibbles and stir to coat, marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake.
Pour the nibbles and sauce into a large baking dish and spread out.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, turning once during cooking, until the chicken is golden, sticky and cooked through.
Serve hot.
