  1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the oil and saute the onions and peppers, stirring occasionally, for about 7 minutes or until onions start to soften.

  2. Add the garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds or until fragrant.

  3. Add the ground beef. Use a spatula or large spoon to break it up as it cooks. Cook until meat is nearly cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

  4. Drain any excess liquid from the meat then transfer the meat mixture to the slow cooker.

  5. Add remaining ingredients (diced tomatoes through black pepper) and stir.

  6. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve with desired toppings.

  7. Add chicken and chicken broth into crockpot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning all over the chicken.

  8. Place cream cheese cubes over everything evenly. Close the lid and cook 4-5 hours on high or 6-7 on low.

  9. Cook the bacon crisp, crumble and use later.

  10. Once chicken is cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot itself.

  11. Top with cheddar cheese and bacon. Cook for a few minutes until cheese is melted. Garnish with diced scallion and serve.

  12. Optional: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and brown stew meat + onions.

  13. Add the stew meat, carrots, celery, onion + potatoes to the crockpot + stir to combine.

  14. Add broth, tomato paste + spices to the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve and enjoy!

  15. Place all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  16. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a large sheet of foil.

  17. Place the meatloaf with the foil in a slow cooker, cover with a lid and cook on low for 5 hours.

  18. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  19. Remove the lid, brush the top and sides of the meatloaf with ⅓ cup of sauce.

  20. Cook for another 30-60 minutes. Slice and serve with remaining sauce.

  21. Mix all ingredients and add enough flour to make a fairly thick batter. Beat until smooth.

  22. Continue adding wheat flour, mixing well, till ready to knead.

  23. Knead for 8 minutes. Let rise for 15 minutes. Shape loaves, let rise until almost double in size, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

  24. Butter tops, remove from pans and cool.
