Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
Add sliced onion and cook until softened
Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned
Stir in garam masala, ground cumin, turmeric, paprika, and chilli powder
Add diced red pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes
Pour in chicken stock and light coconut milk
Add frozen peas and simmer until chicken is cooked through
Stir in Greek yoghurt to finish the sauce
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve over cooked basmati rice
