Easy Raw Chicken And Potato Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C).

  2. Combine chicken, potatoes, onion, and garlic in a baking tray.

  3. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried herbs.

  4. Add oil or melted butter.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken stock, cream, flour, and mustard (if using).

  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients in the baking tray.

  7. Add a couple of knobs of butter.

  8. Cover the tray with foil.

  9. Bake covered for 45 minutes.

  10. Remove foil.

  11. Add frozen peas.

  12. Add grated cheese (optional).

  13. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the dish is bubbling.

  14. If the sauce thickens too much during uncovered baking, add a little water.
