To a crockpot, add marinara sauce, cooked ground beef, onion, garlic, broth & seasonings. Stir and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Add in heavy cream, mozzarella, 1 cup Parmesan, and lasagna noodles. Cook for an additional 45 minutes on high.
Mix together the ricotta with ¼ cup Parmesan and 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning. Dollop over the top and cover just long enough to let it get creamy.
