Preheat oven to 425°F.
Brown the ground beef with the diced onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the excess grease if needed.
Add seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Microwave the potatoes (or you can boil them) for 5 minutes. This will speed up the cooking time in the oven and prevent the biscuits from burning. Add them to the meat mixture along with the vegetables and cream soups.
Mix everything well and season to taste if needed. Spread it into a 9x13 baking dish.
To prepare the biscuit topping, stir the mix with the cheese and the milk or water. Drop by spoonfuls onto the meat mixture and spread it out evenly.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
Mix the seasoning packet with the melted butter and brush on the top while still hot.
