Chicken Thighs With Cabbage
  1. Mix scallions, orange marmalade, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and coat. Let marinade for up to 24 hours.

  2. Chop cabbage and drizzle with oil and soy sauce. Add salt to taste.

  3. Place chicken on top of cabbage and drizzle with oil

  4. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
