Smashed Chickpea & Halloumi Caesar Tacos
  1. Smash and season chickpeas generously with onion powder, garlic granules, mixed herbs, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice

  2. Spread chickpea mixture thinly onto wraps and pan fry for 5-10 minutes until golden and becoming crunchy

  3. Meanwhile, pan fry small cubes of halloumi until golden

  4. Tear up bread, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before placing in air fryer for 5 minutes until crispy and browned

  5. Layer everything on top of smashed chickpea tacos and serve
