Tenga curry
  1. Brown garlic well

  2. Add onions and fry until translucent

  3. Add tumeric, paprika, salt and chilli pepper. Cook on low until the tumeric starts to smell

  4. Add tomatoes. Cook on low heat for 5 mins until they're a bit soft

  5. Add protein, mix with the ingredients. Gently if it's fish!

  6. Cover with boiling water and let it simmer until the protein is cooked.

  7. Serve
