Mix your dry ingredients and wet ingredients together adding the hot water last then fold in 2 cups of fresh, grated carrots, and one cup of toast, toasted walnuts!
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°
Cream together 2 sticks of room temperature Butter and 2 bricks of room temperature cream cheese.
Once while combined, add 6 to 8 cups of powdered sugar 2 cups at a time till you have your desired consistency, then add 1 tablespoon of vanilla cream on high till smooth!
Ice cake all cake is still warm and refrigerate overnight!
