Par boil chopped zucchini in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and cool slightly.
In a bowl, slightly beat the eggs then add the mayonnaise and cottage cheese and mix well.
Add all other ingredients except Ritz crackers and butter and mix well.
Spread the mixture into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers mixed with melted butter.
Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
