10 Minute Cocoa Puffs
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, salt and cacao powder until smooth.

  3. Fold in the puffs until coated and spread evenly onto the sheet tray.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool for about 5 minutes.

  5. Eat as is or in a cold bowl of milk with ice.
