Crispy Oven Chicken Wings
  1. Lay wings on sheet pan with rack and pat dry

  2. Salt the wings and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

  3. Mix baking powder and corn starch together

  4. Season wings with the baking powder and corn starch mixture

  5. Oil sheet pan and mix with seasoning droppings

  6. Place wings skin side down, spaced out well on the prepared pan

  7. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes

  8. Serve with ranch or blue cheese
