Kahlua Ice Cream Punch
  1. Combine the boiling water, espresso powder, and sugar in a bowl, whisking till it is well combined. Put in the fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes (you can do this the day before if you want to)

  2. In your large punch bowl, combine the whole milk, Kahlua, and the coffee mixture then add in the ice cream (you can scoop it out, or cut into small chunks with a large knife) and stir. Note, this will melt as the hours pass but it really tastes amazing no matter that state the ice cream has melted to.

  3. By your punch bowl, set out the cups and a ladle for scooping. Put a little sign explaining what it is so people know! Feel free to set out whipped cream and chocolate shavings as a garnish but totally not required.
