Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole
  1. Pre-heat broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water about 2-3 min (till tender)

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. In medium saucepan melt butter.

  4. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.

  5. Stir in milk and cook till thick.

  6. Mix in cheddar cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.

  7. Pour over veggies.

  8. Mix bread crumbs, melted butter, and parmesan then sprinkle over casserole.

  9. Top with almonds and bake for 15 min or till bubbly.
