Add the first 4 ingredients to a blender and whizz until a sticky smooth mixture forms.
Press this down into cupcake cases or moulds to form the cups.
In a bowl mix the filling ingredients and fill this into the cups, then place in the fridge.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with 2 inches of water in on a low heat until melted, then spoon this on top of the cups.
Chill until chocolate is set, then store in the fridge!
