Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, baking soda & salt.

  3. Add butter and mix with a fork until crumbly and the butter pieces are about the size of peas. Do not let the butter melt - you want it to be chunks.

  4. Stir in milk & ¾ cup cheddar cheese.

  5. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto a parchment lined pan.

  6. Bake biscuits for 7 minutes.

  7. While biscuits are baking, combine melted butter, parsley, garlic powder & ¼ cup cheddar cheese.

  8. Once 7 minutes is up, remove from oven, top each biscuit with mixture & put back in oven for another 5 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven and let cool 3 minutes.

  10. Brush warm biscuits with more melted butter after removing from oven, if desired. Serve hot.
