Place one of the sheets of dough on a pizza tray and set aside.
Stuff each meatball with the piece of string cheese making sure not to press it all the way into the meatball.
Cut one of the refrigerated pieces of dough into long strips about 1 ½ inches thick.
Place 3-4 balls about 2 inches apart on the piece of cut dough.
Fold the top part of the dough onto the side of the meatball and then repeat this process almost like you're making a fan with the dough and the ball. Repeat this 5 more times.
Line the perimeter of the tray with the pizza dough with each one of these meatball sections.
Fill the center with the pizza sauce.
Add parmesan on top followed by the Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle on the bacon and bake in a 500 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
When the pizza comes out let it rest and start making the pepperoni.
Place the pepperoni in an oven safe baking tray and bake at 500 degrees for about 4 minutes or just until they turn to cups.
Place the cooked pepperoni on top of the pizza and enjoy.
