Slow Cooker Miso Chicken
  1. Whisk together peanut butter, miso, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, ginger & garlic until smooth.

  2. Toss chicken tenders in half the sauce to coat evenly.

  3. Add to your slow cooker with a splash of chicken bone broth (or water).

  4. Cook on: High: 3–4 hrs Low: 4–5 hrs

  5. Stir in the remaining sauce once cooked.

  6. Garnish with sesame seeds, chili flakes & black pepper.
