Whisk together peanut butter, miso, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, ginger & garlic until smooth.
Toss chicken tenders in half the sauce to coat evenly.
Add to your slow cooker with a splash of chicken bone broth (or water).
Cook on: High: 3–4 hrs Low: 4–5 hrs
Stir in the remaining sauce once cooked.
Garnish with sesame seeds, chili flakes & black pepper.
