Chimichurri Steak Salad
  1. Start by seasoning your chuck steak with season salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

  2. Heat up 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet.

  3. Place steaks down and sear on both sides for 5-6 mins (for a medium well cook).

  4. Once steaks are cooked, set off to the side to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into small cubes.

  5. In a mixing bowl, add finely chopped fresh parsley, garlic, red jalapeños, salt and pepper to taste, add in vinegar and olive oil.

  6. Mix all chimichurri ingredients together until well combined.

  7. In the same mixing bowl, add in cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.

  8. Mix until all vegetables are coated.

  9. Add in cut up steak bites and mix well.

  10. Serve immediately.
