Line baking tray with parchment and spray lightly with nonstick spray
Blend cottage cheese, egg, and garlic powder
Fold in almond flour and baking powder
Divide dough into four equal parts and spread each onto baking tray
Flatten into a disc about 4-5 inches wide
Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes until golden on top
Allow to cool then fill with favorite sandwich fixings and enjoy
