Piña Colada
  1. Juice ½ medium lime until you have ½ ounce. Place the lime juice, ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks, 3 ounces coconut cream, 2 ounces white rum, 2 ounces simple syrup, and 1 cup ice in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass, such as a hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, frozen pineapple chunks, and/or a maraschino cherry, if desired.
