Put a little bit of oil in a skillet and heat it up.
Add the rice to the hot oil and pour in some soy sauce to help break up the clumps.
Use a meat chopper to further break up the rice.
Add in any leftover ingredients you have, such as chicken, peas, and carrots.
Add a bit more soy sauce or some water/chicken broth if needed.
Spread the rice into an even layer and let it crisp up for a moment.
Move all the ingredients to one side of the pan and scramble some eggs in the empty side.
Toss everything together.
