Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan inside to heat up.
Blend the Batter – In a blender or mixing bowl, combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend or whisk until smooth.
Melt the Butter – Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the skillet and add the butter, swirling it to coat the pan.
Bake – Pour the batter into the hot skillet and immediately place it back in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Serve Immediately – The Dutch Baby will deflate slightly as it cools. Top with powdered sugar, fruit, syrup, or even a squeeze of lemon!
