Season chicken thigh with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and cornstarch
Mix together chicken stock, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and honey in a pan
Fry the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes
Remove chicken and set aside
Add onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes
Pour in the sauce
Add the chicken back in and simmer for another 4 to 5 minutes
Drizzle in the egg and cook for another 2 minutes
