  1. Melt mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese (microwave 60–90 sec). Stir until smooth.

  2. Add egg + almond flour and mix into a dough.

  3. Press onto parchment into a rectangle (thin = crispier).

  4. Bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until golden.

  5. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain grease.

  6. Top crust with cooked beef, extra cheddar, pickles, and onions.

  7. Bake again 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.

  8. Drizzle burger sauce all over like in the pic. Slice and serve.
