Homemade Pistachio Paste
  1. In a food processor, add ¾ cup pistachios and 9 tbsp powdered sugar and process until uniformly crumbly.

  2. Add 1.5 tbsp water and ½ tsp almond extract* (if using) and process until a smooth paste forms. Makes about ⅔ cup or around 175 grams of pistachio paste.
