Lemon- Butter Baked Salmon
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. In glass baking dish, add butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, shallot and 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning. Mix well.

  3. Season top of salmon filets with the blue ribbon rub, potato slayer, and 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning

  4. Place filets skin side down into lemon-butter mixture in baking dish.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until butter is bubbling and thick part of salmon is 140°

  6. Serve with potatoes and veggies, spoon lemon butter on top of plated salmon and enjoy.
