In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs and melted butter.
Pour the buttermilk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk just until combined (do not overmix).
Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface.
For each pancake, pour about ¼ cup of the batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, 1 to 2 minutes more.
Serve the pancakes warm, with your desired toppings.
