Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
  1. Cook onion and cherry tomatoes in pan about 5 min.

  2. Add garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and cook about another 2 minutes. Then use white wine to deglaze pan.

  3. Add roasted red peppers, tofu, onion & tomato mixture, basil, nutritional yeast and water to blender and blend until smooth.
