In a bowl, combine the yogurt and almond flour. Keep stirring until you reach a dough-like consistency. If it's too sticky, add more almond flour.
Roll the mixture into balls and coat each ball in everything but the bagel seasoning.
Transfer the balls to a parchment lined baking sheet (this batch made 12 bagel bites).
Bake in the oven at 350F for 22 minutes.
Let cool completely, add your favorite spread and enjoy!
