In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 mins till color changes.
Add in ginger-garlic paste, butter and spices, cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
Add cream and water (if you want a saucier curry). Cook covered for about 15 minutes or till oil separates.
Stir in bell peppers and onions. Simmer for about 5 mins, till peppers soften slightly.
Top with grated cheese (optional), cover for 5 mins.
Garnish with chillies, butter, cream, and coriander.
