Creamy Beef Stroganoff Bake

1 lb ground beef or sirloin strips

8 oz egg noodles

1 yellow onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms until soft.
Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, then stir in sour cream and cooked noodles until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish and top evenly with shredded cheese.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
