High Protein, High Fiber Sheet Pan Pancakes
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the Kodiak cake pancake mix, 2 cups of milk, and 2 eggs. Mix until a batter consistency is achieved.

  3. Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the batter and mix well.

  4. Spray a sheet pan with avocado oil spray.

  5. Pour the batter onto the prepared sheet pan and spread it out evenly.

  6. Sprinkle the 1 cup of frozen wild blueberries over the top of the batter.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven.
