Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes and a knob of butter. Let them soften for a few minutes, then stir in tomato paste.
Add pasta and pour in the water. Let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the water is mostly absorbed.
Stir in cream cheese and mix until smooth.
Sprinkle torn mozzarella on top and let it melt.
Garnish with fresh basil and season with salt, pepper, parsley, and oregano. Enjoy!
