Fastest/easiest/tastiest Thai Beef With Basil
  1. Heat the fat in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high. I like coconut oil.

  2. Sprinkle the ground beef with the salt and pepper, then add to the pan and brown, breaking up chunks with a wooden spoon.

  3. When the meat is browned, add the green beans and crushed garlic. Stir-fry until the beans are crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.

  4. When the beans are cooked to your liking, add a few splashes of coconut aminos and stir-fry another minute. Drop in the basil and stir-fry until wilted.

  5. Pile on a plate and squeeze the lime juice over the top.
