500g of pizza flour in mixing bowl
In another bowl add 150ml of boiled water to dissolve 10g salt, then add 150ml of cold water
Then add 5g of yeast in the water mixture
Add water mixture to flour evenly and mix with dough hook for 10 minutes
Proof for 2 hours covered in warm area
Divide into five approx 165g size balls and put onto floured pan and cover with damp towel
Proof for another 30min - 1 hr
Form into 12” pizzas
