Cinnamon Roll Focaccia
  1. Make sourdough bread dough (whatever recipe you use is fine!), and put in fridge for 1-2 nights.

  2. Add 2 Tb melted butter and 2 Tb olive oil to a 9x11 inch pan. Put dough into the pan, and flip over so dough is covered with butter and olive oil. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

  3. Mix ingredients together for cinnamon filling. Pour half of the mixture onto the dough, and then fold in half. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.

  4. Pour the rest of the cinnamon filling on top of the dough. Poke dimples in the dough using your fingers. Cover and let sit for thirty minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to 400.

  6. Mix together ingredients for the crumble. Sprinkle over dough.

  7. Bake for 22-24 minutes. Remove and let cool.

  8. Mix together ingredients for icing. Drizzle over the top of your focaccia. Enjoy!
