Shahi Paneer
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the cubed paneer. Fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute.

  4. Add the Everest Shahi Paneer Masala and mix well.

  5. Add the tomato puree and mix. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  6. Drain the cashew nuts and add them to a blender. Blend to make a smooth paste.

  7. Add the cashew nut paste to the tomato mixture and mix well.

  8. Add water and salt. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

  9. Add the fried paneer cubes and cream. Mix well and serve hot.
